We have processed thousands of coronavirus tests and in the broad majority of cases we delivered results quickly. However, it is important to be apologetic for few things that are beyond the control of London Covid Testing. Depending on the service selected we can deliver tests within 24 hours or just few hours (if same day service is selected). We guarantee results within the timeframe of the service selected.

Once you book you will receive a confirmation email with all indications on what to do. Please note you need to fill in our Covid consent forms and depending on the type of test you require you will have to fill in some forms. You can access these forms through the links that have been sent in the confirmation email. We collect all data through HeyDoc which is an authorised patient management system.
Your appointment shouldn’t last longer than 15-20 minutes. You will be invited inside the clinic in one of the rooms where a nasal or throat swab will be taken and then analysed by the laboratory. After that you are free to go.
Yes, the price for Fit-to-Fly includes the Travel Certificates. We are on the GOV.UK list of approved providers of Covid testing as METXG Ltd. You can view the list here

As we are authorised by PHE, DHSC, Gov.uk and all the laboratories we work with are UKAS approved, our certificates are acceptable for traveling .
This is how your certificate will look. If you require, we can add doctor’s stamp and signature.
If you’re doing a PCR test, make sure you don’t eat, drink, chew gum, or brush your teeth at least 20 minutes before your appointment. This can contaminate the oral swab sample, which may make it necessary to repeat the test and delay the result.
If you are eligible for a flight test and would like your passport number to appear on the certificate, please bring your passport with you to the appointment.
If you have chosen to obtain a travel certificate (i.e. a Fit-to-Fly), you will receive it by email along with your laboratory results depending on the timeframe of the service you have selected (24 to 48h or same day service).
If you test positive, you will get a certificate stating you are positive, which means you cannot fly or leave the UK. You must self-isolate for at least 10 days including the ones within your household.
If you experience any symptoms please do not come to the clinic as you can get a home test kit, send it to us by Royal Mail first class and the laboratory will process it. You will receive your result via email. If the result is positive, then you should self-isolate for at least 10 days from the first day of your symptoms.

These Conditions of Use will prevail over any other terms and conditions provided to you in relation to the test.
You are required to register your details, complete the required documentation from HeyDoc and pay prior to attending. No changes can be made within clinics and testing centres.
For those below the age of 16, the child’s legal guardian must register patient details, book the appointment, provide written consent and attend the appointment alongside the child.
You do NOT reside in an area/region which is subject to a local lockdown that prevents you from attending for testing.
Whilst at a test centre you agree to abide by the rules and policies implemented by the test centre staff.
A negative result does not guarantee that the test subject is free of the Covid-19 virus, nor does a positive result guarantee that the test subject has active, infectious Covid-19.
Test results and any comments alongside results are for information only. They are not a clinical diagnosis. They are not a replacement for a full and proper medical investigation and/or a doctor’s advice. Comments are based solely on the results in relation to what are considered normal ranges in the general population.
If you have any concerns at all regarding any aspect of your health or your test results, you should discuss them directly with your GP or a doctor.
Based on the results of your test(s) we may advise that you purchase a follow-up test or that you see your GP for further investigation or both. You agree that you are solely responsible for acting on such guidance; we accept no liability if you choose not to do so.
We or our partner laboratories may be legally required to share certain information with Public Health England, or other governmental organisations, in relation to your test, including: personal information (e.g. name and date of birth); the result, whether negative or positive; and confirmation that the sample is one that the laboratory has tested for us.
By accepting these Conditions of Use you agree to follow the guidance provided by us and our medical partners. We accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by non-compliance with this guidance.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Please note that you will be charged an administrative fee when Cancelling or Failing to Attend Booked appointments as outlined below:
Cancelling within 24 hours of Booking your test online or via phone: No administrative fee
Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice from the time of your appointment: £50 administrative fee
Failing to Attend your appointment or No notice given: £100 administrative fee
No refunds are available if you have attended your appointment and/or samples have already been taken.
Please note there are no refunds for Day 2 and Day 8 once the reference code has been given and used.
Refunds and cancellation requests must be submitted to email@example.com and can take up to 21 days to be processed by our dedicated team and for funds to reach your account.
To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and all third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:
Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential (meaning circumstances which were not within our reasonable knowledge when you booked the test) loss or damage incurred in any circumstances including but not limited to: any issues experienced in relation to booking a test, non-availability of the testing services for any reason including but not limited to technology issues, the laboratory being unable to test your sample for any reason; test results not being made available to you within the stated turnaround time; you missing your flight or incurring any other loss as a result of any delay to our services, adverse or an inconclusive test result being returned, your failure to follow instructions provided to you in relation to sample collection or pre-sample preparation requirements, such as fasting; your failure to act upon our advice if we recommend that you seek medical advice or attention having taken a test; your failure to attend a pre-booked appointment.; loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
Liability for events outside our control. This includes but is not limited to failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control. Our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event outside our control. You may cancel a Contract affected by an event outside our control that has continued for more than 30 days. To cancel, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We may amend the Terms from time to time as required.
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under the Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
We will use best endeavours to confirm receipt of your complaint within 2 working days. We will always aim to resolve complaints in a timely manner, subject to circumstances, this will be within approximately 2 weeks. If further investigation is required, you will be informed of this and kept up to date with progress. Once we have completed our investigation, we’ll write to you to communicate our outcome.

Please note that the Terms are governed by English law. This means a Contract for the purchase of services through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
